In the end Fischer has the friends he’s always wanted and a love interest. This is a good swift, king, slice of life story. There’s loads of humor, great pacing, wonderful narrator, and an interesting world. It reminds me of “Beware of Chicken” in its wholesomeness and enjoyability.
