Comes with adhesive and screws. I chose to use the adhesive and it works great. My daughter got a Chromebook for school and its a great place to put it so we charge it when she gets in from school and remember to grab it before she leaves! The holders themselves are fine but now now the screws can go in or get out so it's either destroy the product or live with it. I used a quality screw on the one side and it worked just fine. Poor quality and not very thoughtful. If you buy, get your own screws.
